Where are you from? and why Manchester?
Im from Rugeley a small town in staffordshire in the west midlands,i moved manchester 5 years ago when my mates moved here for uni,i wasnt doing much back home so moved up here with them to skate more!
You've skated for a good amount of time, you got any funny stories about the things you seen and encountered?
Got loads of daft memories of funny stuff,run ins with security guards,old people,scallies etc, Was funny when Adam Ahmed got started on and punched for nothing by a security guard,he then battered and chased off the security guard,was hilarious!Took the guy down a peg or two!
How about a booze story?
Ha-ha again many a good time had boozed up,here is a bad one, about 8 years ago in Barcelona we were wasted and ended up going in some dirty sex club, watching some couple going at it onstage and shouting abuse at them all night, later on i was accosted by a lady of the night, what seemed a good idea until i sobered up and freaked out, did a runner quick as I could!
Injuries suck, you had many?
Yeah had problems with my ankles for a few years, torn the ligament in my right ankle and never got it fixed so it rolls really easily and I have to be careful on it now, also had a broken wrist since that fateful Barcelona trip, still doesn't work properly, just put it off getting fixed for so long!
What drives you to skate big?
I have to force myself sometimes to jump down shit by calling myself a pussy and shouting abuse at myself so that you step up and try it!
Last time you stepped on a board what happened?
Well im working pumpcage today so last time was an hour ago just pumping the mini ramp.
Life is a twisted mess full of freak coincidences, at least that's how I see it, what do you see it as?
Yeah I reckon it's something like that, although I have a mate back home who always twists my ear about mad shit,reptilians living under the crust of the earth, secretly controlling us through their puppets in governments and the banks, subliminally through the media and entertainment to keep us all happy unknowing slaves, and that by next year the planets align causing a big change and for the first time in hundreds of years we humans will be more powerful than our reptilian masters and will be able to see them as they really are and we will over power them and be free from their slavery. I hope that happens!!!
Your on a desert island what three things would you take?
If I could take anything it would be a huge mobile skatepark,my skateboard and a cruise ship full of all my mates and loads of girls, either that or weed,weed,weed! In all actuality I'd probably take too long being indecisive about what to take or not, and end up missing the ferry.
I'm always in trouble with my missus, you got any advice?
Ha-ha I'm always in trouble with my missus too so I haven't got a bloody clue, half the time I don't know what I'm in trouble for, seems like just opening your mouth sometimes is a bad idea, so my advice is to try and say nothing at all!
Two nuns propose a dirty Columbian behind piccadily,what do you do?
Have no idea what a dirty Columbian exactly entails, is it as bad as a dirty Sanchez? First I'd ask if they really are nuns, and then if I can bring my camera.
Rollerbooters,yes or no?
Nah not really, it looks so bad when they do tricks sometimes, spinning like a pissed up ballet dancer flailing limbs swinging around like a rag doll. it's kind of like a shitter version of what we do, like skateboarding's little camp cousin!although fair play to a few of the older bladders around their Manchester, they're all sound guys, and are even responsible for taking some skate stoppers off ledges, so can't knock them for that, where all in the same jungle where just a different species of animal.
What's the point in this?

What is skateboarding?
Having a laugh with your mates on your board skating, whether it's all sessioning a spot or park together pushing each other, messing around skating flat or pushing down the street to go buy teabags from the shop, it's all the same and gives me the same feeling now as when I started.
Any advice for young uns?
Just have fun, it's all just fun and games with your mates so enjoy it and try not take it too seriously and get caught up in bullshit just shut up and skate
